1. Introduction

Welcome to Salon de Paris. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided at our salon located at 5030 Champion Blvd F4, Boca Raton, FL 33496. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online through our booking platform (Vagaro), by phone at (561) 756-9980, or in person at the salon.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot and stylist.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients.

3. Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please note the following:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment: No charge
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows (failure to arrive without notice): 100% of the service price will be charged
• We reserve the right to charge a 100% cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment time

4. Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary depending on hair length, density, service complexity, and stylist selection.
• Consultations are recommended for balayage, highlights, color correction, keratin treatments, extensions, and bridal services.
• Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation or at the time of your appointment.
• Salon de Paris reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Gratuities are welcomed but not included in service prices.

6. Salon Policies

• Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon.
• Salon de Paris is not responsible for any personal belongings left at the salon.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Please inform your stylist of any allergies or sensitivities before your service begins.
• For the comfort of all clients, we kindly ask that mobile phones be set to silent mode during your visit.

7. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include a complimentary adjustment or redo of the service at the discretion of the salon.

8. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash.
• Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of the appointment.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Salon de Paris is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Salon de Paris website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Salon de Paris and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Salon de Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

Salon de Paris reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
